Six Girls Appeared In The Same Dress At The Same Wedding And Are Giving #Backupbridesmaids Goals
People don’t even want to appear in the same picture when they accidentally wear the same dress. The dress in the question was from Forever New, an Australian clothing line and cost was £100.
A resident of Sydney, Debbie Speranza posted a hilarious picture on her Facebook timeline and wrote, “You really should start a bridal registry so that your customers can inquire whether anyone else has purchased one of your dresses for the same event.
No we are NOT the bridesmaids just the guests.”
She even posted the same picture on her personal page and asked, “Who wore it best???? #backupbridesmaids”
She said that among all those girls, she just knew one of them as she was a cousin and the rest of them were strangers to her.
A friend had asked her if it was a plan but Debbie denied it completely. She wrote, “Not at all, I thought it was hilarious. Once we all stood together all the wedding guests were wtf!”
The woman said that she should be rewarded with a voucher for promoting the brand. The post went viral and it rolled over 38,000 likes and over 9,000 comments.
One of the friends said that it was a nightmare for her.
Another friend said, “I love this. More people should be backupbridesmaids!”
Janelle Reilly said, “I thought oh wow I love their bridesmaid dresses! Lol .. just shows you all have good taste!”
People started tagging their friends and wrote, “You should show this to Lauren, so she can show the woman who got really upset when Lauren wore the same dress as her at a wedding! These ladies look like they were really good sports about it.”
People have mostly loved the idea of back up bridesmaids and want to include it in their wedding as well.
