“Fraggle Rock” was a popular show during the 1980s and attracted many of the viewers. It was created by Jim Henson who was known for his work with the Muppets. Fraggle Rock featured the day-to-day activities of a group of bizarre looking puppets called, Fraggles, alongside Doozers and Gorgs who used to reside amongst the rocks behind the lighthouse. The St Anthony’s lighthouse was situated in St Mawes, Cornwall and provided one of the best see sights. The path from the car park to the lighthouse is 300m long and situated on a steep cliff. With the passage of time, the lighthouse became a perfect and demanded place for holidays with home-like rooms and sweeping sea views.

Many people stayed there and loved the place recommending it to others.

He even said that one could spend most of the days just staring at the sea. The other one stated “Sally Port Cottage is perfect for romantic weekend or short holidays”. Further adding that the property was extremely beautiful and fully equipped provided immensely enjoyable moments. According to some, the place was far better than many of the places abroad. Most of the people surely enjoyed the feeling of staying at the light house and the nostalgia associated with the filming of Fraggle Rock there.
