These pure small squishes have little heads and big eyes, tiny fingers and toes, and they’re so lovable. The newborns are so precious and yet grow so fast, therefore newborn photography has become a profession that is very much in demand. To make the photoshoot cuter, Disney characters could be added to the mix.
One mom has been designing the perfect costumes for newborn Disney princesses to shine during their big moment. Margaret Domingo was the mother of two boys, and she has been stitching some amazing Disney looks and uploading them on her Instagram page. People who wish to buy her creation could visit her Etsy store, The Yarn Mermaid. Her feed was full of tiny babies dressed up as the dearly loved Disney characters in handcrafted costumes.
She has described every making of her in a detailed post. For Baby Jasmine from ‘Aladdin’, she has made a crochet dress and has given attention to every minute but important feature. The hat looked like Jasmine’s hairstyle with the jewelry headband, and she has got the shoes up to the mark as well.
For Carl from ‘Up,’ the baby boy was wearing the same hat which the bad-tempered but adorable old man wore while he flew his home with the help of balloons to his dreamland. Margaret said that she was influenced to do the collection of Disney crochet outfits because she was a huge admirer of Disney.
For another character, King Triton from ‘The Little Mermaid’ she dressed up her son as King Triton. It was one of her favorite outfits of all the ones she made so far. She wrote in the caption that when she first got pregnant, she thought that she wanted a baby girl to dress up in all beautiful dazzling dresses and of course to do an aesthetic mermaid photoshoot. But she was fated to have a baby boy, so there was her King Triton!
Aladdin was another loved character of Margaret. While designing the attire, she kept in mind every detail from the movie she fell in love with. Her love for the Disney franchise and stories was seen in her work. To add a cherry on the top, she thought to knit a lamp and make her son pose on the carpet. It was truly magical.
She was glad and at the same time thrilled to fabricate the clothing for fellow moms who wanted to add on some Disney magic into their newborn’s shoot. The photos would be a long lane of memories for the babies when they grow up.
Margaret arranged a cake smash photoshoot for her son’s first birthday. To level up the cuteness, she dressed him in one of their favorite Disney Pixar characters- Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story. Every specification on the suit was there and the hat tied all the cute together.
Not all Disney’s best was the newest creations and characters- even the first one- the original black and white Mickey Mouse was a character to be acknowledged. Margaret was able to quilt an outfit for a newborn to deck up as the version of Mickey Mouse.
She has been doing this creative work for the past 4and a half year. She started when she was on maternity leave with her first son. She has made many more like Anna from Frozen, Mulan, Snow-white etc. and was continuing to do so.
